1. Operator
Bagggy Bet is operated by BaggyBet Pty Ltd, trading as Baggybet, registered office 3 Tilba Street, Narooma NSW 2546, an authorised Interstate Betting Operator under South Australian Order W2227 (Licence 54301385). For South Australian residents, gambling operations are also governed by the South Australian Gambling Code of Practice. 18+ only. Gamble responsibly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to gamble and located in a jurisdiction where the relevant service is permitted. You are responsible for complying with local law and providing accurate account information.

4. Fair use

5. Deposits and withdrawals
